Where are you located?
Two Sparrows Microbakery is located in Dublin, Ohio. For the privacy of our home bakery, the exact pickup address and instructions will be emailed approximately 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Are your bakery items safe for people with severe allergies?

While we take great care with every order, our home bakery regularly handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Because our products are prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee against cross-contact. For the safety of our customers, we do not recommend our products for individuals with severe or life-threatening food allergies.
What makes you different?
Two Sparrows brings together the care of a neighborhood home bakery with the polished experience of a boutique brand. Every order is handcrafted in small batches, thoughtfully packaged, and made personal through custom details like edible logos and designs. From a box of cookies for someone you love to branded treats for an entire company, we make every order feel intentional, personal, and worth remembering.

Absolutely! As a one-woman microbakery, every order is made personally by me from start to finish. I happily accommodate corporate events, meetings, celebrations, and larger orders when my schedule allows.
Recommended Lead Times
• Standard orders: 5–7 days
• Custom or personalized orders: 1–2 weeks
• Large & corporate orders: 2–3 weeks
• Major events or high-volume orders: 3–4+ weeks
Need something sooner? Don’t hesitate to ask! I may be able to accommodate short-notice or rush orders depending on my availability. A rush fee may apply.
Because everything is handcrafted in small batches, booking early is always encouraged so I can give your order the time, quality, and attention it deserves.

Do you offer catering or large orders?
Am I able to reschedule or cancel my order?

I completely understand that sometimes plans change! Because each order is reserved specifically for you and often requires advance planning, ingredients, supplies, and prep work, 25% of your total payment is non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
If you need to cancel/reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on how close we are to your order date and how much preparation has already been completed, an additional portion of your payment may be non-refundable.
Once baking or production has begun, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
I’ll always do my best to be fair and understanding while also protecting the time, ingredients, and preparation that go into creating your order.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery may be available within a limited radius of Dublin, Ohio and is subject to my availability. Additional delivery fees may apply based on distance and order size, and will always be discussed with you before your order is confirmed.
For large orders, corporate orders, and events, delivery may be included in your package pricing.
As a one-woman microbakery, I personally handle everything from baking to packaging and delivery, so advance notice is always appreciated!

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options, but it’s something I would love to thoughtfully explore as Two Sparrows continues to grow. My hope is to expand these offerings once we have a dedicated commercial kitchen, where there is greater opportunity to manage allergens and minimize cross-contact. Until then, I want to be transparent and ensure that everything I offer is something I can prepare with confidence and care.
